See La Traviata performed on a shimmering stage, afloat on the iconic Sydney Harbour. This huge production features spectacular sets, beautiful costumes, dazzling lighting, fireworks and a 9-meter chandelier sparkling with Swarovski Elements crystals. With views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House, this devastatingly romantic production is opera at its intoxicating best.

Fallen woman, courtesan, escort, high class call-girl – call her what you will, Violetta Valéry is one of those women who fathers warn their sons about. When the opera opens she is hosting a lavish party for her many admirers. One of them, Alfredo Germont, manages to catch her alone and confesses his love to her. She has heard such declarations many times before, but this young man intrigues her. But can their two very different lives be reconciled or is too much standing in the way of their love?
